We facilitated the successful execution of an incoming line for our food production client. Our team broke down the production processes and laid them out in a flow diagram, then identified bottlenecks. With this info, DCC then collaborated with plant management and production employees to design a new plant layout. This created forward-thinking solutions which catered to our client's needs.

We created proposals and managed the selection of vendors to find the best equipment suited to the needs of our client. DCC wrote and managed the documentation for the proposed changes to the plant. We also managed several contractors from varying fields during construction. Our team reacted quickly to onsite changes to accommodate the delivery and installation of equipment to ensure that our client's deadlines were met. 

In addition to designing and managing the installation of the new production line, DC Consulting was present at the commissioning and start-up of the equipment. We conducted testing for the new installs to ensure standard performance . Our team quickly managed any deficiencies and rectified misses that arose during the process to get our client's production up to speed.
