A manufacturing client asked us to optimize the space taken to manufacture one of their products. We were tasked with simplifying the workflow and reducing the amount of required floor space. Our team was able to gain a holistic understanding of the space and manufacturing area. Using this information, we redesigned the floor area to reduce the required footprint by 60%. 

A lot of time can be spent on non-value-added activities such as walking between workstations and to material stock and back again. Our team is able to identify these problems and produce designs which reduced the non-value-added activities dramatically.
